FIAP Modul Active
The bigger filter surface the higher the degradation amount.
In a biological filter system are aerobic, anoxic and anaerobic zones. The zones with a relative high inflow and high
oxygen content of the water are called aerobic zones. In our filter systems both zones get cultivated and so the most
of the nitrogen will be removed.
A biological filter system works most efficient when the water is not very polluted with non-solvable sediments.
Therefore it is absolutely required to use a coarse dirt separator before the biological preparation of the water. In
dependence of the water volume per hour a Spalt Active or a TrommelSieve Active is working the most efficient.
FIAP Modul Active Pump
The FIAP Active pumping module is part of the FIAP module Active filter system. This high-quality module can be
optimally integrated as a component into pumping or gravity systems. Through this installation, you can position the
perfect pump and pressure losses avoided. In swimming pools a fully compliant installation is ensured. The integrated
and dirt settling down (FIAP Active Gate Valve 50 mm) make the cleaning of the pump module Active easy. The FIAP
Active pumping module has 4 ports that can be used either as inputs or outputs.
The FIAP pumping Active is used to reduce pressure losses and excessive siltation
of the filter pump and for their safe and standard-compliant installation of garden
and swimming ponds. Depending on
the mode of Active FIAP pump is the other filter modules downstream (gravity
version) or preceded (pump version).
FIAP Spalt Active
With low maintenance and effective prefiltering FIAP wedge wire removing dirt particles from the water cycle is a
breeze. These mechanical coarse dirt filter allow through the large Hochleistungsspaltsieb (FIAP Wedge Active), a
cleaning of the pond water from solids from 300 microns. Characterized the following biological filter media are not
overloaded and it can take place an effective biological treatment. FIAP wedge wire filters are ideal in combination
with the FIAP module Active filter system.
The FIAP wedge wire is used for mechanical and large-scale purification of
polluted pond water. By the integrated Wedge solids are removed up to a
size of 300 microns.
Additionally by the"columns"of the water is the water cycle is enriched with oxygen,
and thus serves as the optimal pre-filtering for the biological process.

FIAP Modul Active
FIAP Modul Active Vortex
The modular FIAP module Active filter system enables the individual configuration of the filter system based on the
needs of your pond. Whether garden, koi pond or swimming, we offer a tailored solution for clear and healthy water.
Particularly efficient and easy to maintain, the FIAP BioSafe ® Active high performance filter media is proving to
biological water treatment. In conjunction with a mechanical pre-filter module FIAP Active filter system are almost
limitless. The filter system with ease of use - for highest demands!
The FIAP module Active Vortex is the best long-term alternative to FIAP wedge wire.
After FIAP module Active Vortex the coarse dirt away, nor must the FIAP module Active
FilterBrush be followed.
FIAP TrommelSieve Active 10.000 / 15.000 / 30.000 / 80.000 / 150.000
The FIAP TrommelSieve Active is a mechanical, fully automatic and self-cleaning coarse dirt filter made of stainless
steel for high performance. Through its individual applications can be installed on both the drum filter as pump or
gravity version.
The heart of the filter is a maintenance-free with easy removable TrommelSieve
elements (60 microns) and the digital control technology. (FIAP Manual
TrommelSieve Active)
FIAP Modul Active Mini, FIAP Modul Active and Modul Active Jumbo FilterBrush
The FIAP Modul Active with filter brushes is additional for mechanical prefiltering. This module must be integrated
when the system is working with the FIAP Modul Active Vortex. It is a buffer between mechanical and biological
filtering.
