16. Always exchange the gas bottle in the open air or in open spaces
with adequate ventilation. Always exchange the gas cylinder in a
flameproof environment.
17. Do not use the device when there is a gas leak, have the device,
gas hose, gas pressure regulator and gas cylinder checked by the
supplier first.
18. Check that the gas pressure regulator is correctly mounted and is
able to function.
19. Only use the device for heating; so not to dry something or
something like that. Do not hang clothing, cloths, etc. on or above.
Fire hazard!
20. Only use a CE-approved gas cylinder (propane or butane gas only)
with a safety valve with an external thread.
21. Do not use the device if parts have been removed for inspection,
repair of replacement.
22. Immediately close the gas valve on the gas cylinder when:
- the device does not come up to temperature;
- the burner strange noises makes (a light sound is normal when
extinguishing);
- you smell a gas smell;
- you notice a malfunction, defect or gas leak.
Gas is highly flammable, explosive and heavier than air, so it stays
low. Gas has no smell in its natural state; for your safety an odor
has been added, similar to the smell of rotten eggs. Consult your
service department when you need help.
23. Make sure that the gas hose and gas pressure regulator cannot be
damaged by trampling, heating, sharp objects and / or corners or
whatever.
Maintenance
1. The ventilation openings in the gas bottle casing should never be
blocked. Keep them free from dirt.
2. Immediately close the gas cylinder if you notice a malfunction,
defect or gas leak. Do not carry out repairs yourself, but have your
terrace heater repaired only by a qualified person and only use
original spare parts.
3. Do not use the device if you have noticed any damage or
malfunctions. Do not use the gas bottle if it shows damage or rust.
4. The entire gas circuit: the gas hose, gas regulator, control knob and
burner should be checked for leaks, wear, contamination or damage
