technician and your Ecolab field rep employees. Please document the fact that you have
accepted the delivery by signing your signature on both of the attached check lists

kept on file for you in the documents file at Ecolab. This guarantees that your installation
data is readily accessible at any time, and, in the event of a complaint, ensures that the
process cycle for handling your complaint flows smoothly.
