The system's voltage supply of 230V/50Hz goes through the main switch (pos. 2). The
Turbo DOSE 2 controller (pos. 3) gets its power from the voltage supply. The Turbo DOSE
2 controller (pos. 3) supplies the connected pumps (pos. 8 - 11), including the water valve
(pos. 5) and the flow monitoring device (pos. 6) with voltage.
This controller also monitors product-empty signals (pos. 13) in the suction pipes
(pos. 15).
An application is also being planned for the European market. In addition to a voltage
supply of 230 V / 50 Hz, it is also possible to operate the system at less than
110 V /60 Hz.
The four pumps connected to the controller are arranged according to a definite sequence
and equipment category.
The pump on the lower left is designated as pump no. 1 (pos. no. 9) where it connects to
the controller Pump no. 2 joins pump no. 1 (pos. 8). Both TurboSmartPump II are
designed to use alkaline products. Pump no. 3 (pos. 11), at lower right, and pump no.
4 (pos. 10), are designed to work with acidic products. See
Parts (Standard Version)' on page 31.
The metering controller (pos. 3) can be supplied using three different signal inputs. Signal
strengths of 12V, AC or DC, can be used, depending on the signal strengths available.
Please see the chapter discussing this in the Controller User Guide.
