TO pLUg IN ThE IRONINg pRESS
- Connect the supply cord to the plug atthe rear
of the press.
- Connect the supply cord to the socket outlet
and switch on. for your own safety, check that
you have an earth plug.
TEmpERaTURE CONTROL
- Having switched on your press, the
temperature signal lamp will light at the same
time.
- the temperature signal lamp goes out when
the temperature corresponding to the selected
position on the thermostat is reached. it lights
and goes out regularly during the ironing
operation.
Caution : the signal lamp will not light when
the thermostat is on "o".
SELECTINg ThE pROpER TEmpERaTURE
the quality of the pressing depends partly on
the quantity of the steam you use and partly
on using a suitable heat. labels on articles
to be pressed indicate the correct ironing
temperature using the following international
ironing symbols :
•
minimum heat
••
medium heat
••• maximum heat
these symbols are marked on the thermostat
selector of the machine.
- turn the thermostat to the position
corresponding to the fabric to be pressed and
to the symbol indicated on the fabric label.
When the thermostat is opposite the sign
"o" the board does not heat, but the steam
generator is heating.

- stecken sie den Kabelstecker in die steckdose
hinter der Presse.
- Schließen Sie das Kabel am Netz an. Um
ihre eigene sicherheit zu gewährleisten,
vergewissern sie sich, dass ihre steckdose
einen schutzstecker enthält.
TEmpERaTUR-KONTROLLLampE
- gleichzeitig mit dem einschalten der Presse
leuchtet die temperatur-Kontrolllampe auf.
- die temperatur-Kontrolllampe geht aus, sobald
die Heizplatte die gewählte bügeltemperatur
erreicht hat. sie geht während des bügelns
regelmäßig an und aus.
aChTUNg: die Kontrolllampe geht nicht an,
wenn der thermostat auf "o" steht.

BÜgELfLäChE
das bügelergebnis hängt einerseits von
der
dampfmenge
von der richtigen temperaturwahl. die
meisten Kleidungsstücke sind heute mit
Pflegeetiketten versehen, auf denen die
richtige
bügeltemperatur
dabei werden häufig folgende internationale
symbole benutzt:
•
niedrige temperatur
••
mittlere temperatur
••• hohe temperatur
diese symbole finden sie auch auf dem
temperaturregler-Knopf.
- stellen sie den temperaturregler-Knopf auf
die für die Wäsche empfohlene temperatur.
Wenn der temperaturregler-Knopf auf „o"
steht, wird nicht die Heizplatte aufgeheizt,
sondern nur die bügelfläche durch den
dampfgenerator.
