4.8 - Adjusting the belt and traction devices
Fix the traction devices to the carriages. For double doors (A) fix
them on the central carriages; the plate on the left-hand leaf (seen
from the inside) must face downwards and the one on the right-hand
door upwards (B).
Before fixing the perforated counter plate, fit the belt, centring its
joint on the left-hand leaf traction device.
Slide the leaves together and align them on the centre of the pas-
sageway.
After stretching the belt, fix the perforated counter plate, with the belt
fitted, to the right-hand leaf traction device.
DOUBLE DOORS
For single doors, fix the traction devices on the carriages as detailed in the table.
