6. Maintenance
For maintenance purposes the service replacement cartridge,
comprising the inlet and outlet non-return check valves and the
discharge valve, can be removed. All work can be carried out
without removing the unit from the pipework (
Service work may only be carried out by suitably competent
persons.
6.1 Exchange of the complete service replacement cartridge
1. Close shutoff valves 1 and 2.
2. Relieve pressure by opening ball valves 3, 4 and 5.

5. Unscrew ball valve 5 from the service replacement
cartridge.
6. Remove complete service replacement cartridge 9.
7. Insert new service replacement cartridge.
8. Screw ball valve 5 into the service unit.
9. Insert tie rods 8 and screw up tight, using screws 7.

10. Complete test report.
11. Put into service according to Section 4.
