Selecting the dialling type
The dialler is factory-programmed for tone dialling, which is what most telephone exchanges use.
You can keep this programming if it complies with your installation (if in doubt, please contact your
telephone operator) or change it by following the operations below:

Validating the listen-in function

Following the transmission of an alarm, the listen-in function makes it possible to listen in to the
sounds in your home using a built-in microphone. This feature is not factory-enabled. You can acti-
vate it by following the operations below:

There is no listen-in period following the transmission of "batteries low" or "test" messages.
Make a note of the chosen option in the Quick User Guide provided and on the instructions
sheet at the back of this manual.
