Remote warning
The telephone dialler sends a warning message to your correspondents or keyholders via their fixed
or mobile telephone when any of the following incidents occur in your home:
intruder detected,
Emergency call from a remote control, keypad or pendant,
system device anti-tamper mechanism triggered,
Emergency call from the telephone dialler after the Emergency key is pressed,
Silent alarm triggered using a remote control with 4 programmable keys (for the elderly or people
suffering from an illness),
fire detected (smoke detector),
household damage detected (power cut, freezing temperatures, freezer breakdown, flooding),
attempt to open or remove the telephone dialler or cut off one of its aerials,
telephone dialler or control panel battery low indication.
"Service" call
The telephone dialler comes with a "Service" call number. You can automatically call your correspon-
dent by pressing on the telephone dialler's "Service" key without having to dial the telephone num-
ber on your handset.
1.2 Your correspondents or keyholders
Your correspondents or keyholders may be:
friends, members of your family or neighbours you have chosen: when an incident occurs in
your home, the telephone dialler sends a voice message to your keyholders indicating the type of
event having triggered the call.
a remote monitoring centre: when an incident occurs in your home, the telephone dialler
sends a digital message to security professionals who then act in compliance with the instructions
outlined in your subscription contract. Subscribing to a remote monitoring service means that you
can be sure there will be an immediate and suitable response if an alarm is triggered in your
home.
