Modification of the speed
The circulator terminal box includes a button for manual modification
of the three speeds. The min. speed is 40 to 50% lower than the max.
speed, which reduces consumption by around 50%.
Electrical connection
Fill, bleed and check the watertightness of the primary circuit in
accordance with the boiler's assembly instructions.
The rotor chamber is automatically degassed after running the
circulator for a short time. If further degassing turns out to be
necessary, proceed as follows:

professional
compliance
with
prevailing legislation.
Commissionning
- Switch off the pump.
- Close the stop valve
- Unscrew the degassing screw
Depending on the fluid temperature and system pressure,
when the degassing screw is opened, the fluid may spurt
out with some force.
WARNING: Risk of being burnt !
- Turn several times with a screwdriver to release the air.
- Do not allow escaping fluids to come into contact with electrical
parts.
- Start the pump.
- Wait for 15 to 30 seconds and close the degassing screw.
- Open the stop valve.
If pressure in the installation is high, the pump may sieze
up when the degassing screw is open. The pump may
overheat considerably.
WARNING: Risk of being burnt !
The pump does not run even though it is supplied with
current:
- Check the electricity supply.
- Check the voltage of the pump (see characteristics on the rating
plate).
- Check the condenser (see characteristics on the rating plate).
- The motor is blocked because of a deposit of residues in
suspension.
Solution:
Remove the degassing plug and unblock the rotor by using a
screwdriver to turn the end of the shaft.
Noises from the pump
- Increase the pressure
- Change to the lower speed
If the temperature and pressure are high, close the stop
valves upstream and downstream and allow the pump to
cool before carrying out this operation.
The boiler return, the heating circuits or the storage tank
do not heat up
be
- Check the openings on the gate valves.
- Check the hydraulic connections.
in
- Check the rotation direction of the pump (arrow towards the
the
boiler).
The pump does not require any maintenance.
