Installation and first start up / instructions
step by step
1.
Always choose the right agitator depending
on mixed material. (pict. 2 and pict. 3)
INFO: (pict.7)
A:
Top to bottom mixing effect (rotating left)
Material will impact from top to bottom and will come
up on sides again. It will create possible lumps due to
drive force without splashing.
It is optimal for runny material like paints, dispersion,
fiber material and gauged plaster but more demanding
for drive and operator.
B:
Bottom to top mixing effect (rotating right)
Material will come up from the mixing tank bottom
through the centre of an agitator and then downward
on sides. Use with dry mixtures like mortar, plaster,
adhesive and material with sand and gravel filling.
Agitator will dive into the material easily.
1.
Install the agitator using two open-end wrenches
(pict. 8). Use one wrench to manipulate the
agitator and second one to hold it.
2.
Make sure that the starting switch (safety button)
(pict. 6 point 1) is in OFF position, so the
machine will not start up automatically after
plugging in.
3.
On the rotary switch please set the revolutions
needed (pict. 5 point 2)
4.
Plug the cord in.
5.
Start up the machine and dive it into the mixing
material while having suitable revolutions.
6.
Set suitable revolutions on inside body of the
machine using button for fine revolutions
adjustment. (pict. 4 point 3).
You can work with higher or lower revolutions by
setting the button for revolution adjustment. Set
the speed when the machine is on still to avoid
damage.
When exchanging the agitators - unplug the cord
from the main power supply. When putting in or
taking out of the mixed material use lower
revolutions. Only after the agitator dives in
completely you can increase the revolutions to
maximum, this will ensure sufficient cooling of the
engine. Work the machine through the material
inside the mixing tank for so long until whole
contents is worked out properly. Clean the
agitator after you finish work.
Safety instructions for operator
-
Operate the machine with both hands
-
Stabilize the mixing tank
-
Avoid abnormal body stance.
Keep your balance and maintain proper
footing.

Malfunctions – reasons –
elimination
The machine is not mixing
1. There is no power supply.
Check the power supply and call an
electrician.
2. You did not press the starting switch.
The machine runs either too fast or too slow
1. You set wrong speed
Material is splashing out
1. You set wrong speed
2. You selected wrong agitator
Engine is warming up
1. You set low revolutions. When working with
lower revolutions the engine is warming up more
quickly.
Inspection and maintenance
Unplug the machine from the main power supply
before any maintenance work.
