SECURITY - GENERAL RECOMMENDATIONS
1. Before starting any exercise program, consult your doctor. It
is particularly important for people over the age of 35 years,
people who have a history of health problems, or if you ha-
ven't practised sports for several years.
2. If you experience dizziness, nausea, chest pain, or any other
abnormal symptom, stop exercising immediately and consult
a doctor.
3. WARNING! Heart rate monitoring systems may be inaccurate.
Over exercise may result in serious injury or death. If you feel
faint or any pain, stop exercising immediately.
4. This equipment should not be used by persons (including
children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental abilities
or persons lacking the necessary experience or knowledge,
unless they have received prior instruction on how to use the
equipment or are under the supervision of a person res-
ponsible for their safety.
5. Do not use the heart rate belt if you have a pacemaker.
6. Several people must not get on the treadmill at once.
7. DOMYOS cannot be held liable for claims of injury or damage
sustained by any person or property originating from the use
or misuse of this product by the purchaser or by any other
person.
8. Keeps hands well away from all moving parts. Never place
your hands or feet under the walking belt.

The practice of walking or running on a treadmill provides a full cardio and muscle workout, for beginners to advanced users.
The benefits of this practice are as follows:

TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS
This treadmill has been designed for walking and runningThis treadmill has been designed for walking and running 1 to 13km/h . It is fitted with a manual inclination system enabling
you to intensify the effort and burn more calories.
The running surface is 43cm x 123cm.
Your treadmill has 5 display functions: time, distance, speed, calories and heart rate directly on the console To assist you in your practice, 10 programs are pre-recorded in the
console and classified by category: 5 «Health Wellness» programs, 5 «Burn calories» programs.
The power consumption of the treadmill can range from 550 to 650 watts for a 90 kg user at 13 km/h.
Level of acoustic pressure measured 1 m from the surface of the machine and at a height of 1.6 m above the ground: 67 dBa (at max speed 13 km/h, without runners).
Noise emission under load is higher than without load.
This treadmill is designed to be used up to 5h a week.
INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
1. Your home's electrical supply must be in a good state of repair and comply with current
standards. This machine should be used with a 220 volt/16 amp circuit (minimum).
Ensure that no other piece of equipment shares the same circuit.
2. For your safety, your treadmill must be connected to a properly fitted plug with an earth
connection that complies with currently applicable regulations. If in doubt, get a qualified
electrician to check that the treadmill is properly installed. Do not modify the plug sup-
plied with your treadmill in any way.
3. If you need an extension, only use one with an earth connector and a cable with three 2.5
mm² wires, that is no more than 1.5 metres long.

5. Never use this machine with a damaged electrical cable or plug or if it has been in
contact with water.
6. Never leave the treadmill plugged in without supervision. Your treadmill must be stored
indoors in a dry place, away from moisture and adequately ventilated, on a flat, level
MANUALLY ADJUST THE INCLINATION
To adjust the inclination level to that desired, fold your running belt back. Pull the inclination bar with both hands in order to free it from position and chose the inclination notch desired. Check
that the bar is correctly positioned both sides before unfolding your running belt.
9. Wear sports shoes which are in good condition. To avoid
damaging your apparatus, ensure that your shoes are free of
any debris such as gravel or small stones.
10. Tie up your hair. Do not wear baggy clothing likely to get in
your way when exercising. Take off all jewellery.
11. After exercising, wait for the treadmill to stop completely
before getting off. After use, remove the safety key from
the console and store it in a place which is inaccessible to
children.
12. If you want to get off urgently, grab the support rails and
place your feet on the foot rails.
13. To perform an emergency stop, remove the safety key.
14. Do not insert objects into the safety key port or through the
covers.
15. Do not pour liquid onto the console or the motor cover.
16. Never remove motor hood. Adjustments and modifications
other than those described in this manual must only be car-
ried out by an authorised technician. Failure to follow these
safety instructions may result in serious injuries, even death.
17. The equipment must be placed on a flat, stable surface.
18. This device has been designed for domestic use (class HC)
for a maximum of 5 hours of use per week.

7. You must leave space around your treadmill of 200cm at the back and 100cm at the
sides.
8. Always position and store the power cable away from heavy traffic areas.
9. To minimise noise and reduce the impact on the ground, use a floor protection mat
10. It is the user's responsibility to inspect and if necessary tighten all parts before using the
product. Replace any worn or faulty parts immediately.
11. The underside of the belt will have been lubricated during manufacturing. During
transportation, some lubricant may have been transferred onto the top of the belt and
the cardboard. If there is any lubricant on top of the belt, clean the belt using a cloth and
non-abrasive cleaning product.
12. Always stop the machine using the master switch.
13. Immediately after each use and prior to any cleaning, assembly or maintenance opera-
tion, turn off the master switch and disconnect the treadmill from the mains.
