BEFORE USE
Wash the grill racks and drip trays in warm
soapy water. Dry thoroughly.
Remove the grill insert. Wipe the appliance's
casing, oven compartment and grill insert with
a well-wrung cloth. Avoid touching the heating
element at the top of the oven compartment!
Then dry with a dry cloth.
Replace the grill insert in the appliance.

Switch the appliance on and leave it for 10
minutes before using it for the first time. This

will remove the smell typically encountered
when first switching on an appliance. Please
ensure sufficient ventilation.

Place the appliance on a level surface.
Plug it in.
Switch it on using the on/off button. "- - - -"
appears on each display (8, 9, 10).
Press the SET button so that the
segments in the temperature display (8)
start flashing. Press the + or - buttons to
adjust the temperature from 400-850 °C
in 10 °C steps. If you press and hold the +
or - button, the temperature on the display
will change rapidly.
Press the SET button again so that the
segments in the time display (9) start
flashing. Press the + or - buttons to adjust
the cooking time from 0 to 99 minutes and
59 seconds. If you press and hold the +
or - button, the time on the display will
change rapidly.
Press the START button to commence
cooking. The infrared heating element
starts to heat up and the set cooking time
counts down on the time display.
The current temperature in the oven
compartment under the infrared heating
element is shown on the temperature
display (8). Once the temperature
fluctuates +/- 20 °C around the set
temperature, the set temperature is
reached. Wait 3-5 minutes until the entire
oven compartment is heated evenly.
