cooling effect in no load mode. Repeated
automatic cut off indicates, tool is being
overloaded.
4.Caution: Electrical surges and high
frequency interference may cause RPM
fluctuations up to 30% which will disappear as
soon as power source conditions stabilize.
Due to electromagnetic interference at a lower
speed range the drive motor may shut-off
prematurly. In this case, activate on/off switch
and restart.
Attention: Even if the cut-out is not activated,
danger of overloading always exists, thus
don't force the tool in order not to increase
unnecessarily excessive current draw, which
overheads the motor.

Disconnect Tools,
When changing accessories and abrasives,
burs, brushes etc.
• Hold spindle with wrench 6 , release or tighten
clamping nut 4 with wrench 5.
Clean collet and collet holder before
installation.
• Check concentricity, use only vibration free
tools and always observe M.O.S. (Max.
operating speed).
Maintenance
• Store tool in a clean, dry place.
• Disconnect tool when not in use and before
+servicing.
• The ventilator openings for cool air must be
kept free and clean, use air gun to blow out dirt.
• Replace grease in grinder every other time,
when carbon brushes are replaced. Use the
SUHNER® authorized service center nearest
you .
• Damaged plugs and cords must be replaced
rpm immediately.
5'000 • Repairs must only be done by a qualified/
6'000 licensed electrician, otherwise it could be
7'300 hazardous to the operator.
8'700 • Warranty claims can only be considered, if tool
