(GB) 043081 Fitting instructions:
1.
Unpack the towing bracket and check its contents against the parts list. If necessary,
remove the underseal from around the fitting points of the luggage compartment /
frame members.
2.
Dismount the rear-lights and the bumper. Disconnect the exhaust.
3.
Undo the luggage trunk upholstery, then fold the rear seats forward.
4.
Take out the right and left side-blankets, then cut out both in accordance with Figure 1.
5.
Place the interior plates (6) into the luggage trunk, fitting them to the factory points
(Figure 2), then mark all the bores on the floor plate. (Take care of accuracy!)
Bore through the chassis with a drill Ø11 mm at points "a", "b", "c" and "d".

Enlarge bores "b" and "c" of the floor plate from above with a drill Ø18 mm.

Loosely fix the drag hook body (1) and the interior plates (6) at points "b" and "c" with
the attached bonding units and spacers in accordance with the detail.
9.
Loosely fix the interior plates (6) at points "a" with the attached bonding units.
10. Loosely fix the accessory plates (4,5) at points "d" and "e" with the attached bonding
units and spacers in accordance with the detail.
11. Mount the coupling ball (2) and the socket plate (3) onto the drag hook body.
12. Adjust the drag hook into middle position, then tighten all the screws:

13. Reassemble all the removed parts onto the vehicle.
14. Cut out the bumper in accordance with Figure 3. (Fit the template inside the bumper!)
15. After about 1000 km use, re-tighten the bolts and nuts to the specified torque.

17. Only specialised services are authorised to install drawhooks.

(H) 043081 Szerelési utasítás:
1.
Csomagolja ki a vonóhorgot és a tartozékokat, majd vizsgálja át minden darabját. Ha
szükséges, a rögzítő pontok területén a védőragasztót távolítsa el.
2.
Szerelje le a hátsó lámpákat és a lökhárítót. Akassza le a kipufogót.
3.
Bontsa meg a csomagtér kárpitot, majd hajtsa előre a hátsó üléseket.
Vegye ki a csomagtér jobb és bal oldaltakaróit, majd vágja ki mindkett őt az 1. ábra

alapján.
5.
Helyezze a beltéri lemezeket (6) a csomagtérbe, a gyári pontozásokhoz illesztve (2.
ábra), majd jelölje át az összes furatot a padlólemezre. (Ügyeljen a pontosságra!)
Fúrja keresztül az alvázat Ø11mm-es fúróval az „a", „b", „c", „d" pontokon.

Felülről bővítse fel a padlólemez „b" és „c" furatait Ø18mm-es fúróval.

Lazán rögzítse a vonóhorogtestet (1) és a beltéri lemezeket (6) a „b" és „c"
pontokon, a mellékelt kötőelemekkel és távtartókkal, a rajz alapján.
9.
Lazán rögzítse a beltéri lemezeket (6) az „a" pontokon, a mellékelt kötőelemekkel.
10. Lazán rögzítse a tartozéklemezeket (4,5) a „d" és „e" pontokon, a mellékelt
kötőelemekkel és távtartókkal, a rajz alapján.
11. Szerelje a vonógömböt (2) és a dugaljtartó lemezt (3) a vonóhorogtestre.
12. Igazítsa középhelyzetbe a vonóhorgot, majd húzza fixre az összes csavart:

13. Szereljen vissza minden eltávolított alkatrészt az autóra.
14. A 3. ábra alapján vágja ki a lökhárítót. (A kivágósablont a lökhárító belsejébe illessze!)
15. Körülbelül 1000 vontatott kilométer után a vonóhorog rögzítő csavarjainak feszességét
ellenőrizni kell, és szükség esetén utánhúzni a megfelelő nyomatékkal.
16. A Bosal garanciát vállal, kivéve a nem rendeltetés szerinti használatból adódó
hibákért. (art. 185 lid 2 N.B.W)
17. A vonóhorog felszerelését kizárólag szakműhely végezheti.
