Once the settings have been selected, the display
automatically switches back to clock mode.
In pulse mode, keep pressing key "B" until TMR
appears in the display.
The timer is automatically activated when a pulse
signal is received in pulse mode. The timer dis-
plays the overall time that you have been wear-
ing the chest belt and that the computer has
been in pulse mode.
Press key "C" to show the following values in
the bottom line of the display:

Time that you were within the training
Z

zone
E
Time that you were above the training
zone
Z

Time that you were below the training
E
zone
Total training time
Z

N
Note: Press and hold down key "C" to
E
reset the timer.
In pulse mode, keep pressing key "B" until SW
appears in the display.
Press key "C" to start or stop the stopwatch.
Press and hold down key "C" to reset the stop-
watch.
