SETTINGS
In clock mode, press and hold down key "C" until
the 24-hour display appears. Then let go of the
key. The display now starts to flash and HR
appears in the centre line. Use key "B" to switch
between 24-hour and 12-hour display. Confirm
with key "C". You can now set the time.
The hour display (HR) now starts to flash. Use key
"B" to set the hours and confirm with key "C".
The minute display (MIN) now starts to flash. Use
key "B" to set the minutes and confirm with key
B
"C".
Now set the year (YR), month (MTH) and day
A
(DAY) in the same way and confirm each setting
with key "C".
The clock function is now set and the pulse
computer is ready for use. You can switch bet-
ween clock mode and pulse mode by pressing
key "A".

If you make a mistake when setting the clock,
restart the relevant setting from the beginning.
