Note: The fish kettle is fitted with a re-settable boil-dry protector. If the fish kettle is
accidentally switched on with less than the minimum level of water, the boil-dry protector
will operate to safely cut-off the power. For continued use, switch off the power supply,
allow the kettle to cool, raise up the control box and make a reset. To make a reset press
both buttons on the back of the control box using some object (such as a pen).
