To secure the roller shutter to the electro-roller, use the belts (Fig.1 ref.
hooks for the roller (Fig.1 ref.
IMPORTANT: Never use screws to install the belts - the motor inside the roller could be damaged
1. Route the belt through the opening in the roller shutter (Fig.21 ref.A)
2. Loosen the screw which fastens the plate (Fig.16 ref.D)
3. Route the belt first under and then above the roller plate. (Fig.21 rif.A-B).
4. Fit the clips and adjust the length of the belt so that it is slightly tightened. (Fig.21 ref.B-C)
5. Tighten the belt restraint clips with a pair of pliers.
6. Tighten the screw on the plate you had loosened.
7. Check if the securing of the electro-roller/roller shutter complex is correct and firm.
NOTE: the belts are to be positioned in correspondence with the fittings on the roller shutter (Fig.21-22).
