To change the injectors and the idle screw, you need to remove the front panel and the knob.
3.1
REPLACING THE PILOT BURNER NOZZLE
- Unscrew the nut with a 10mm spanner (Fig. 1 position 9) and remove the spark plug.
- Unscrew the nut with a 10mm spanner (Fig. 1 position 7) and remove the pilot nozzle (Fig. 1 position 6).
The nozzle is attached to the bicone (Fig. 1 position 3).
- Replace the pilot nozzle with one corresponding to the gas type chosen, as shown on Table II.
- Firmly tighten the nut with a 10mm spanner (Fig. 1 position 7).
- Check the gas sealing with bubble soap.
- Fit the spark plug back (Fig. 1 position 10).
3.2
CHANGING THE TUB BURNER
Using a size-12 spanner, unscrew the injector (Fig. 1 position 1) from its support, replacing it with the one corresponding
to the gas type chosen according to Table II.
3.3
REPLACING THE IDLE BYPASS SCREWS
Replace the idle screw (Fig. 3 position 11) located on the thermostat, with one corresponding to the gas type chosen. See Table II.
Adjusting the minimum for Gas G25: fill up the tub with 10mm of water. Operate the burner in position 8 for approx. 30
minutes. Turn the knob to position 1 and adjust the minimum by acting on the screw (Fig. 3 position 11).
After replacing the nozzles, apply on the existing label the one supplied with the machine indicating the new type of gas.
