OPERATION CONTROL
- Start the unit in accordance with the use instructions.
- Make sure there are no leaks following the local procedures.
- Check the ignition and interignition of the pilot burner and the main burner.
- Make sure the flue gases are discharged regularly.
- Write on a sticker, to be glued to the unit label, for what gas and pressure the unit has been calibrated

INTRODUCTION TO USERS
Explain the operation and use to the user by consulting the manual, and illustrate any changes.
Leave the manual in the user's hands and explain the he/she should use it for further reference.

COOKTOP
- Remove the grills, the flame-spreader and the burning assembly.
3.1.1
REPLACING THE WORKTOP BURNER NOZZLE
Using a size-12 spanner, replace the burner nozzle (Fig.2 position 10) with one corresponding to the type of gas selected,
following Table II Injectors.
3.1.2
REPLACING THE IDLE SCREW; BYPASS
- Replace the minimum thermal capacity screw, bypass (Fig. 2 position 2) with one corresponding to the gas type chosen,
and complying with Table II Injectors.
The thermal capacity in the minimum position should be approx. 30% of the nominal thermal capacity. When you turn

After replacing the nozzles, apply on the existing label the one supplied with the machine indicating the new type of gas.

IGNITING THE PILOT BURNER (COOKTOP)
- To ignite the plaque pilot, press the knob (Fig. 4) turning it to the left to reach the symbol ( ); having reached this
position, press the piezoelectric igniter (T Fig. 3). To shut off the burners completely, bring the knob to position ( ).
