K 2 M12 x 60 x 1.75mm Bolts, Plain Washer, Lock Washer, Witter Cage Nut & Retainer
L 4 M12 x 130 x 1.75mm, Plain Washer (25mm) & 2 Large Plain Washers (40mm), Nyloc Nuts
ZC 1 Coupling Packer (10mm)
ZB 1 50mm Tow Ball
ZE 1 Electrical Plate
CB 2 M16 x 50 x 2.0mm Bolts, Nuts and Lock Washers
Note: This tow bar must be used with either a Witter Tow ball (part number Z11) or Class A50-1 or A50-X tow ball, which
dimensionally conforms to A50-1 with a 'D' and 'S' value greater than or equal to that of the tow bar.
FITTING
1. Lower exhaust silencer by releasing from it's support rubbers, and unclip harness from nearside chassis rail.
2. Loosely attach brackets (C & D) to base of each chassis rail using 2 fasteners (L) through the forward-most mounting
holes.
3. Pre-assemble Witter Cage Nuts & Retainers (K) to Cage Nut Carrier (B) (Note the side that the Carrier's leg is for each)
4. Insert the assembled Cage Nut Carriers (B) inside each chassis rail and further secure the Side Arms (C & D) using
fasteners (K) and Cage Nut Carriers.
5. Finalise the assembly of Side Arms (C & D) using remaining fasteners (L) and Bush Tube (H), which is placed inside
each chassis rail.
6. Assemble Cross Bar (A) and Bracket (E) to Side Arms (C & D) using fasteners (G & J).
7. Re-fit exhaust to hangers.
8. Fully Tighten all fasteners.
Recommended torque settings:
Grade 8.8 bolts: M8 - 24Nm, M10 - 52 Nm, M12 - 80 Nm, M14 - 130 Nm, M16 - 200 Nm
Grade 10.9: M12 – 120Nm, M10 – 70Nm M8- 35Nm
