Target HR
1. Use joggle wheel to set target PULSE (pre-
set value=100), and press START/STOP to
workout with set target heart rate. Keep both
hands on the handsensors during workout.
2. TIME begins to count up. DISTANCE/CA-
LORIES/RPM/SPEED/HEART RATE will
also be displayed.
3. The character animation will proceed every
0.1 km (or mile).
4. When actual PULSE value is 50% high-
er than the target pulse, "p" is flashing to
remind you too slow down; when PULSE is
50% lower, "q" is flashing to remind you to
speed up.
5. Press START/STOP button to stop workout
(STOP icon will flash).
6. During workout, RESET/Joggle wheel/EN-
TER functions are inactive.
7. Press RESET in STOP mode to return to
function setting menu.
