Problem
The sound is
weak.
The hearing
system is
whistling.

the hearing

Consult your hearing system specialist if you have any further
questions.
Solution
Replace the flat battery or charge the
rechargeable.
Clean the ear mould.
Have the microphone cover replaced.
Increase the volume.
Insert the ear mould so that it is firmly and
securely seated.
Reduce the volume.
Clean the ear mould.
Reduce the volume.
Replace the flat battery or recharge the
rechargeable.
Clean the ear mould.
Replace the flat battery or recharge the
rechargeable.
Switch the hearing system on.
Carefully close the battery compartment
fully.
Replace the flat battery or recharge the
rechargeable.
Make sure that the battery / rechargeable
has been inserted correctly. Power-on delay
is active. Wait approximately 12 seconds and
then check again.
