BEFORE USING THE MACHINE

Caution: Check the device for missing or damaged parts. Do not use the
device before any damage has been repaired and/or any missing parts have
been replaced.
Check that the material you wish to cut is non-combustible. Highly flammable
or combustible rigid foam may not be cut with this machine.
Check the information supplied by the manufacturer of the material you wish
to cut for information on toxic contents and for advice on working with the foam.
Ensure that you work in a well-ventilated area.

MAINS CONNECTION

The machine may only be connected to a properly earthed mains socket. The machine may
only be connected to a single-phase mains outlet with as the same voltage as given on the
machine's rating plate. The mains circuit must be equipped with a 16 Amp fuse.

ASSEMBLY

Note: Disconnect the machine from the mains before performing any kind of
adjustment, maintenance or repair!
- To fit the cutting blade (9, supplied) to the
tool holder (4), first loosen the four clamping
screws (4) with the hex key (11).
- Insert the ends of the cutting blade between
the tool holder (4) and the clamping plates
(5) and subsequently re-tighten the clamping
screws (6).
CUTTING BLADE SELECTION
The cutting blade employed should be at most 2 – 3 cm longer than the material you wish to
cut. Otherwise exposed parts of the blade can overheat and may bend under certain
circumstances.
