Troubleshooting guide
Fault
No water comes out when
tap is activated.
Tap does not turn off.
The tap starts running
without being turned on.
The tap drips.
The sensor is flashing.
The temperature is not
correct.
The pressure is too high/
low.
The programme can not
be changed.

Possible cause
Supply voltage is too low.
Blocked inlet screens.
Defective/blocked solenoid valve. Replace the solenoid valve.
The mixer may be in hygiene
flush mode.
Faulty solenoid valve.
Flush time may be set too high.
Hygiene flush mode may be
activated. Yellow LED flashes in
hygiene flush mode.
Leaking solenoid valve.
Supply voltage is too low.
Incorrect water pressure and
temperature.
The screw for the temperature
limiter is not set correctly.
The aerator is blocked.
The filters (inlet/solenoid valve)
are blocked.
The tap is locked by the remote
control.
The tap needs to be activated
immediately before programming.
Action
Check battery/voltage.
Clean the inlet screens.
Wait three to thirty minutes or briefly
switch off the power. (Yellow LED flashes
in flush mode).
Replace the solenoid valve.
Wait up to thirty seconds or briefly switch
off the power. Reset the sensor.
Change program, 1–3.
Replace the solenoid valve.
Check battery/voltage.
Set the temperature value on its coldest/
hottest setting and check that the
water pressure and temperature are
high enough.
Turn the temperature knob to its hottest
setting and check the temperature.
Then see the section regarding the
temperature limiter.
Clean the aerator.
Clean the inlet screens and replace the
solenoid valve if necessary.
Programme seven is activated. Use
the remote control to change the
programme.
Activate it by hand before programming.
