CHANGING THE FUSE
The electrical circuit is fitted with a fuse, which prevents the
appliance from starting and the LCD from lighting up if it blows. If
this happens, check the state of the fuse and replace it if necessary.
After carrying out the operations described in point 5.1 above,
proceed as follows:
- Open the panel holding the electrical components, using the
procedure described in point 5.3.1
- Remove the fuse (fig. 38 item N), check it, and if necessary replace
it with another of the same type.
- Perform the above operations in reverse order to reassemble.
- Close the panel holding the electrical components, using the
procedure described in point 5.3.4
5.3.4
CLOSING
THE
ELECTRICAL COMPONENTS
After carrying out the operations described in point 5.1 above, to
close the panel holding the electrical components proceed as follows:
- Remove the two nuts (fig. 38 item K) and replace them on the
screw (fig. 38 item J).
- Slide the panel holding the electrical components (fig. 38 item Z)
inwards, sliding the power cable outside the cable clamp.
- Fit the screws (fig.38 item V).
- Tighten the cable clamp (fig. 38 item M).
WARNING! When sliding and replacing in the closed position
the panel holding the electrical components, take particular care
not to damage, trap or crush the wires or the safety thermostat
lead.
5.3.5
BELT MOTOR BRUSH REPLACEMENT
The belt motor (Tab.A part. 57) has two brushes inside (Tab.A
part.58) which become worn with use, at which point they need
replacing. Carry out the operations in point 5.1, proceeding as
follows:
- Open the electric panel, following the procedure in point 5.3.1
- Unscrew the two caps covering the brushes and remove the brushes.
- Insert the new brushes and refit the two caps covering the brushes.
- Close the electrical panel, following the procedure in point 5.3.4.
5.3.6
REPLACING THE BELT MOTOR
After the replacing some sets of brushes, it may be necessary to fit a
new belt motor (Tab.A part.57).
After carrying out the operations described in 5.1 above, proceed as
follows:
- Open the panel holding the electric components as described in
point 5.3.1
- Dismantle the gearmotor, take it to a worktop, and replace the
motor.
- Install the gearmotor again , taking care to align it to the belt shaft
correctly
- Close the panel holding the components as described in 5.3.4
5.4
CHANGING THE SAFETY THERMOSTAT
WARNING! Regularly check that the safety thermostat is
operating correctly.
After carrying out the operations described in 5.1 above, to replace
the safety thermostat proceed as follows:
- Remove the left adjustable side wall by unfastening the knobs (fig.
39 item L).
- To take apart the regulation of the air (picture 17 part. A) (only for
the T97G)
- Remove the top left door (fig. 39 item A) by unfastening the fixing
screws.
- Move the insulating material to one side and extract the thermostat
sensor (fig. 39 item V).
- Open the panel holding the electrical components, using the
procedure described in point 5.3.1.
- Remove the reset button cover plug and unfasten the thermostat
fixing nut (fig. 29 item P).
- Disconnect the thermostat faston connectors.
- Replace the thermostat with the relative sensor and restore any
portion of insulating material that may have been damaged.

procedure described in point 5.3.4
5.5
CHANGING THE THERMOCOUPLE
After carrying out the operations described in 5.1 above, to change
the thermocouple proceed as follows:
- Remove the left adjustable side wall by unfastening the knobs (fig.
39 item L).
- Remove the left door (fig. 39 item A) by unfastening the fixing
screws.
- Unfasten the thermocouple fixing nut (fig. 39 item E).
- Mark and disconnect the two cables feeding the thermocouple.
- Change the thermocouple, making sure you lock it in the position
indicated in fig. 39 with the ceramic part to the correct distance from
the wall of the cooking chamber
- Perform the above operations in reverse order to reassemble,
making sure that the connectors are in the right positions.
NOTE! If a temperature of 699 is displayed, this indicates that
the thermocouple is disconnected.
5.6
CHANGING THE LCD MONITOR OR CONTROL
PANEL
After carrying out the operations described in point 5.1, to change the
LCD monitor or control panel proceed as follows:
- Unfasten the screws fixing the control panel (fig. 40 item H).
- Disconnect the LCD monitor connectors.
- Replace the control panel
- Remove the four nuts (fig. 40 item I) and change the LCD monitor.
- Perform the above operations in reverse order to reassemble,
making sure that the connectors are in the right positions.
NOTE! Perform a general Reset of the appliance as described in
point 5.2.
5.7
CHANGING THE CONTROL PANEL KEYBOARD
After carrying out the operations described in point 5.1, to change the
control panel keyboard proceed as follows:
- Unfasten the screws fixing the control panel (fig. 40 item H).
- Disconnect the LCD monitor connectors.

After carrying out the operations described in point 5.1, to dismantle
the belt proceed as follows:
- Slide the belt until the joint with the pipes is in the central top part.
- Compress the belt from the right hand side (fig 41).
- Using the pliers, slide the four joint pipes sideways on the links
(fig. 42).
- Disconnect the jointing links.
- Remove the compression at the end of the belt.
- Pull the belt out
5.8.2
ASSEMBLING THE BELT
After carrying out the operations described in point 5.1, to assemble
the belt proceed as follows:
- Insert the belt from the desired direction, taking care that the top
part remains smooth and that the hook-shaped sides never move in
the direction in which they tend to hook themselves up (fig. 46).
- Bring the ends of the belt together in the central top area, making
perfectly sure that the toothed wheels on the left and the driving gear
bushes on the right connect up with the belt in a proper manner.
