- Turn the appliance of as described in the instructions.
- Remove the pressure gauge.
- Fasten the retention screw (fig. 23 item W) tightly.
- Replace the burner cover (fig.20 item M) carefully, making sure
that there are no cracks through which unfiltered air might pass.
3.2.3
CHECK OF THE ZERO SETTING PRESSURE.
Make the operation as follows:
- Remove the burner cover (fig. 20 item M).
- Loosen the retention screw inside the gas valve outlet pressure
takeoff (fig. 27 item T)
- Connect the pressure gauge to the pressure takeoff, after making
sure it has been zeroed.
- Turn the appliance on as indicated in the instructions.
- On start-up the pressure value initially changes. Wait until the
burner is lit, then check the pressure at that point, which must be 0
mbar. If this is not the case, remove the cap (fig. 28 item U) and
adjust the screw beneath it (fig. 28 item Z) until the pressure
indicates 0 mbar.
- Turn the appliance off as described in the instructions.
- Remove the pressure gauge.
- Tighten the retaining screw on the pressure takeoff (fig. 27 item T).
- If it has been removed, replace the cap in the gas valve, (fig. 28,
item u) putting the seal again using a drop of heat-resistant red paint.
- Replace the burner cover (picture 20 item M) carefully, making
sure that there are no cracks through which unfiltered air might pass.
3.3
CHECKING OPERATION
Starting up the appliance:
- Check that the fumes are exhausted properly.
- Check that the burner flame lights properly and remains stable
throughout the whole modulation range, observing it through the
burner flame inspection port (fig. 21 item N).
3.4
TRANSFORMATION AND/OR ADAPTATION TO
USE OTHER TYPES OF GAS.
WARNING! The operations described below must be carried out
by specialised technicians holding a valid license.
Before connecting to the new gas supply, make sure that the
appliance supply pressure is the one indicated in TAB. 1. This
pressure level must be guaranteed stable over a period of time.
If the infeed pressure is not within the values indicated, advise the
gas supply company and do not start up the oven until the cause has
been traced and eliminated.
3.4.1
CHANGING FROM METHANE (G20-G25-G25.1) TO
LPG (G30-G31).
To change the appliance from methane to lpg it is necessary to fit the
nozzles that are supplied in a bag together with the appliance. To
carry out the transformation, proceed as follows:
- Turn the gas supply tap off.
- Disconnect the power supply by removing the power cable from the
power socket.
- Remove the burner cover (fig. 20 item M).
- Remove the burner head ventilator by unfastening the 4 bolts (fig.
24 item P).
- Remove the Venturi cone from the gas valve by unfastening the
three screws (fig.24 item Q).
- Insert the stainless nozzle into the gasket between the burner head
and the fan (fig.25 item R).
- Insert the brass nozzle into the gasket between the gas valve and the
Venturi cone (fig.26 item S).
- Perform the above operations in reverse order to reassemble the fan
and the Venturi cone, taking care to ensure the nozzles are correctly
positioned, then lock the 4 bolts and the 3 screws tightly (working
diagonally).
- Remove the seal from the gas regulator on the Venturi cone (fig.22)
and with the aid of a large screwdriver turn the regulator until you
obtain the value X = see TAB.1 technical data for the type of gas
supplied.
WARNING! Precision-check the value X using a CALIBRE.
- Connect up the power supply.

- Check the gas infeed pressure as indicated in point 3.2.2.
- After completing connection, with the appliance started up, perform
a gas seal test, paying particular attention to the areas on which work
has been carried out, using a special, non-corrosive gas leak indicator
spray.
Never use a naked flame when looking for possible gas leaks.
- Turn the appliance off.
- Replace the seals on the Venturi cone gas regulator and, if it has
been removed, on the gas valve cap, using a drop of heat-
resistant red paint.
- Replace the burner cover (fig.20 item M) carefully, making sure
that there are no cracks through which unfiltered air might pass.
WARNING! Once the operation has been completed, affix the
rating plate with the correct information for the type of gas for
which the appliance has been transformed (see fig.2 in position
G) over the existing rating plate.
