ASSEMBLING OF THE DOORHEATING
1. GROOVE IN CONCRETE
SEE PLAN 3 - RAILS
Grind a groove with a depth of 1cm over the complete width of the box (over-
measuring).
(To do this you tighten 2 grinding blades opposite each other on the grinding disc
to have sufficient width.)
Later on this is the place where the cable from the heating comes in.
The groove must be grinded approx. at 2cm from the front of the box, for each
door.
2. STICKING OF SEALANT WITH HEATINGSCABLE ON THE BOX
Stick the sealant incl the heatingscable around the cross-wise side of the panels of the box where the door will be
mounted.
Watch out that the start and end of the heatingscable are finishing in the cable gutter of the panel with the door arms.
BE CAREFUL: DO NOT SHORTEN THE HEATINGSCABLE !!
3. WADE THE GROOVE IN THE GROUND
Put the door heatingscable in the groove and wade this tighten with PARABOND 600.
4.ELECTRICAL CONNECTION OF THE DOOR HEATING
* ELECTRICAL CONNECTION HEATINGSCABLE IN DOORSEALING
Put the heatingscable (this one hangs rolled up on the door heatings cupboard) together with the cable for the
doorswitch in the pipe until it reach the cable gutter with the door arms.
