Assembly sequence
ASSEMBLY WAGON (p2)
-Bolting of the frame -Mounting the wheels -Fixing of the plates onto the wagon -Fixing of the locking handle onto the
wagon
2. PALCING OF THE RAILS (p4)
-Positioning of the rails -Fixing first rail -Fixing second rail -Assembing locking blocks
3. CONSTRUCTION OF THE BOX (p8)
-Principal -Assembling the panels of the box -Fixing + wading box -Assembling of the door -Assembling protection plates to
door arms
4. PLACING OF THE COOLING GROUP (p14)
-Placing of the cooling group -Elektrical connection of the doorswitch -Elektrical diagram
Tools
-measuring tape -electrical extension cord -grinding disc for concrete
(door heating) -drill for concrete dia 14 -drill for metal dia 6,5 -8,5 -compressed air or similar system -hammer -water level -
ratchet spanners nos 10 -13 -17 -19-24 -open ended spanner no 13 (2x) -screwdriver (flat – cross/medium -large) -pliers -
soapy water -regulator plates (for uneven concrete) -silicone gun + knife
1. ASSEMBLY WAGON

* BOLTING OF THE FRAME
Put the 2 side beams with in between the internal beams and the head beam up side down on an even surface.
Check the distance between the head beam and the 1st internal beam (see plan !) and make sure that the internal beams
are turned correctly according to the drawing!
Firstly screw down all bolts (M8x30 galvanized + nut M8 + spring washer M8) manually, only afterwards you tighten
everything.

FIXING OF THE PLATES ONTO THE WAGON
Position the plates onto the frame.
Be careful:
-Where the 2 plates come together watch out that these are positioned exactly in the middle of the beam
-That the place where the latch has to come in matches with the holes in the beams.
