Requirements to the air supply
The pneumatic impact wrench works optimally at an operating pressure of 6 bar, measured at
the air inlet.
The distance from the air supply to the machine has to be adjusted to the application
conditions on site.
We recommend installing an oiler or a maintenance unit upstream the machine for
compressed air preparation.
Use acid and resin-free lubricating oil, like SAE 5W - SAE 10W, for proper functioning of the
pneumatic impact wrench. Attention! Do not use viscous oil.
Use an antifreeze lubricant, e.g.:
- "Kilfrost",
- or "Kompranol N74" in winter and if the compressed air is very moist.
The supplied compressed air has to be free of:
- Foreign particles,
