Troubleshooting guide

Malfunctions often have simple causes
that you can remedy yourself using the
following overview. When in doubt, or
in the case of malfunctions not men-
tioned here, please contact your autho-
rized Customer Service.
With increasing aging, the capacity of
the battery will decrease even with
good care, so that even when fully
charged, the full run time is no longer
achieved. This is not a defect.
The device is not working
The battery is not fully charged.
Display Error description
E1 Battery temperature too
high or too low.
E2 Suction turbine blocked
by too much liquid or sol-
ids being sucked in.
E3 Charging voltage too
high.
E4 Battery voltage < 3 V.
Lo The battery is dis-
charged.

Error codes and error descriptions
 Charge the battery.
The device is defective.
 Contact the Service department.
The spray bottle is not working
There is no detergent in the spray bot-
tle.
 Fill the spray bottle with detergent.
The pump mechanism in the spray
head is defective.
 Contact the Service department.
Streaks occur during the cleaning
process.
 To prevent the formation of streaks,
see chapter Starting operation.
Error correction
● Allow the device to cool down / heat up.
● Use and store the device only at tem-
peratures that are normal for living ar-
eas.
● Do not vacuum large amounts of liquid
from horizontal surfaces.
● Do not vacuum dust or solids.
● Empty the waste water tank at the latest
when the max. mark is reached.
● Use only suitable detergents, no alco-
hol, no foam cleaners. KÄRCHER win-
dow cleaner concentrates are best
suited.
● Use only the original charger supplied or
a charger approved by KÄRCHER.
● Internal device error, contact your dealer
or an authorized customer service cen-
ter.
● Charge the device with the supplied
original charger or a charger approved
by KÄRCHER.
