• The polarities of the DMX connections on the DMX controller and the LED spotlight are different.
• If possible, try another DMX controller.
Sound-to-light operation does not work:
• Sound-to-light operation is not activated.
• The volume for music playback is too low. Try to use a higher volume setting.
• Check whether the built-in microphone is working properly by tapping with your finger on the housing.
The sound-to-light control should respond to these stimuli.

13. Maintenance and cleaning

Regularly check the technical safety of the LED spotlight, e.g. for damage of the mains cable and the
housing. Observe the following safety warnings before cleaning or servicing the LED spotlight:
Opening covers or removing components can expose live parts.
For that reason, the device must be disconnected from all power sources before servicing or
repair.
Capacitors inside the device can be live even after the device has been disconnected from
all power sources.
Have repairs done by experts who are familiar with the applicable regulations and the
hazards involved.
Never use aggressive or abrasive cleaning agents, rubbing alcohol or other chemical
solvents, as those can damage the housing or even affect the operation of the product.
• Unplug the product from the power supply before cleaning.
• Never submerge the product in water.
• You can clean the exterior of the LED spotlight with a soft, dry cloth or a brush.
