Hand pallet truck PROLINE MOTION 26
English
The specified load capacity must not be exceeded.
The loaded material must be distributed evenly on the fork.
The center of gravity of the load must be symmetrical to the longitudinal axis of the pallet truck. The maxi-
mum permitted height of the center of gravity is 500 mm above the floor
The pallet truck must never be loaded whilst the fork is in a raised position.
The high-lift pallet truck is not made for or capable of off-loading like a fork lift truck or crane.
Never leave the load unattended in a raised position.
Always lower the load and secure the pallet truck against rolling away when you "park" it.
The pallet truck must always be adequately tied down whenever it is transported on a truck; the technical
rules regarding the securing of loads as specified in DIN EN 12195-.... must be complied with.
Never reach into moving parts.
When moving or when lowering the load there is a risk of the operator's feet being crushed under the load.
The operator is responsible for ensuring that he and all other persons maintain a safe distance from the pal-
let truck.
Never turn the handle at a right angle in order to stop the pallet truck.
Never use the pallet truck to transport persons and never use it as a form of scooter.
Never use the pallet truck as a jack.
Never use the tips of the prongs to lift loads and never use them as a lever.
The pallet truck must never be used for any operations which may involve a risk of the load capacity being
exceeded.
The pallet truck must never be used for any operations which may involve a risk of unintentional movement.
For safety reasons, safety shoes and safety gloves must be worn at all times.
Defects are to be dealt with competently as soon as they become apparent.
Only use genuine spare parts.
Inspections
In accordance with Section 37 of the BVG D27 the pallet truck must be inspected by a compe-
tent technical expert at least once per year, and otherwise as required.
We recommend that you record the results of the inspections in an inspection book.
Funktionsbeschreibung
The pallet truck is a mobile, manual-hydraulic device.
The load is supported by a fork which can hold 800 x 1200 pallets.
The load-bearing fork is raised and lowered by means of an articulated lever system controlled by a hydraulic
cylinder.
The pallet truck is equipped with a hydraulic lifting device which is comprised of the following: Lifting cylinder,
pump unit, non-return valve, pressure control valve, lowering brake valve, drain valve and handle disconnect-
ing valve.
The combination of an integrated lowering brake valve and lever lowering control valve ensure that the lower-
ing operation can be carried out with a sensitive touch and in a controlled manner.
An integrated pressure control valve protects the hydraulic system from overloads. The load is held in each
position by a non-return valve.
The hydraulic system is switched to the neutral position with the valve lever. When the handle is moved the
load stays at the set height.
To enable the pallet truck to be moved on a flat floor/ground surface it is equipped with two steering
rollers and two fixed rollers.
