6.1 Maintenance:
→ Keep the condensation radiator clean (18).
Clean this radiator with compressed air , a vacuum cleaner or a hand brush. Be
careful with the vulnerable parts of the cooling box!
This is necessary when the cooling box is placed between the bushes or in a
place with a lot of dust.
If a condensation radiator is polluted there is not enough ventilation to give
warmth. Therefore the efficiency of the cooling will drop down which can lead
to a burned compressor.
→ Keeping the vaporize ventilators (12) clean.
With pollution in the cooling box, the ventilators can be silted up inside
through dried up pollution. If need be it can be scratched with a knife.
(Especially when sawdust has been coming into the cooling unit.)
7. COOLING UNIT IN USE
→ put the connector (8) in the socket ( 220V 50Hz ) and close the door
(if the door contact has been connected)
→ the cooling box will start after 3 minutes
→After 1 minute a defros cycle starts up
→ After this, the cooling cools down until the requested temperature
(after the battery has been cooled, the ventilators inside will start)
→ Never turn off the cooling box with a locked door.
Also in an empty cooling box, condensation can appear. This is disadvantageous
for the cooling (ventilators).
In case that there won't be carcasses in the cooling box for a long time, it's
better not to switch of the cooling! Adjust the temperature a little higher, so
the ventilators inside the cooling box will work off and on.
