4. Electrical connection

The UPH 15 circulation pump is to be connected to a 230 V AC /50
Hz supply voltage and comes with a cable and plug. Please note the
yellow sticker before switching on the pump.
5. Switching on the pump
The pump must be flushed thoroughly before commissioning
to ensure that all dirt particles are flushed out.
Bleed the pump and ensure that the electrical connection is
protected against water and moisture. We recommend
disconnecting the pump from the voltage supply for bleeding.
Afterwards the pump can be commissioned.
Audible flow noises indicate air in the pipeline. If necessary repeat
the bleeding process. However, dry running of the pump must
be avoided. It could damage the pump.
