Inspect it regularly and do not operate the bristle brush with worn or damaged parts.

Driven Shaft
To Remove (Fig. 11)
1. Remove the hitch pin from the end of the drive axle.
2. Pull the brush roller, together with cover plate on it, off the drive axle.
3. If the drive axle is damaged, remove the lock pin from the hole of the drive axle
and pull the drive axle off the driven shaft (Fig. 12).
4. If the cover plate is damaged, pull it from the brush roller and replace it.
5. Follow the same steps to remove the other brush roller.
