Oven Operation
C ON TR O L PA NE L
To open or close the rotating control panel, press the switch
directly below the control panel. When the electronic control
panel is visible, the oven is operational.
The electronic control panel features touch pads for cooking
modes and other functions. Refer to the illustration
Touch OVEN ON.

Touch the desired cooking mode on the control panel.

Touch ENTER to select the preset temperature or use the

number pads to change the temperature.
Touch ENTER.

C ON TR O L PA NE L L O C K
The control lock feature prevents unwanted oven operation.
Touch and hold PANEL LOCK for 3 seconds to lock and
unlock the control panel.
O VEN L I G HT
The oven light turns on automatically when the door is open
and off when closed. To turn the light on while the door is
closed, touch LIGHT ON/OFF on the control panel.

PR IO R T O U SE
To ensure all residual oil from the manufacturing process
has been removed, each oven must go through the fol-
lowing procedure.
Clean the oven thoroughly with hot water and a mild

detergent. Rinse and dry with a soft cloth.
Turn on ventilation. Some smoke and odor is normal.

Touch CONVECTION ROAST and set the temperature to

550°F
for one hour.
(260°C)
Touch OFF and allow the oven to cool with the door

closed.
PR EH EAT
During preheat, the oven is heated as quickly and evenly
as possible and is not ideal for cooking. Preheat should be
used for all cooking modes except Broil and Convection
Broil. Once preheat is complete, a chime indicates the oven
has reached the set temperature.
