TORCH PARTS
The torch shall be equipped with suitable consumables. They shall be chosen according to the cutting application and the cutting current value.
Inappropriate parts may drive to cutting defects, untimely wearing of consumables, and even malfunction of the whole cutting system. The torch is
supplied with a tub of silicone grease to limit wear and tear of metal parts. It is recommended to apply this grease on a regular basis.
Consumables
Periodicaly check the wearing level of the protection nozzle, tip and electrode. To be checked also in case of significant reduction of the cutting speed.
We advice to replace together nozzle and electrode.

Consumables are wear parts, it s important to know when to replace them.
Visually: welded or damaged consumables, tip hole larger than 1.5mm, weared electrode, welded pads...
Consequencies: loss of cutting performance, arc striking difficulties...
The nozzle shall be properly tightened so that all parts are correctly fixed. The nozzle shall not be easily turned.
Use compressed air with oil and water filtration.
