Title and chapter selection
• Use the 10-key keypad (34) on the remote control to enter the desired title or chapter numbers.
• The desired title or chapter will be played.

This function is only available for VCDs when the PBC function is off.
Selection of audio format during playback
If the DVD/VCD features several languages or audio formats, you can select them as follows:
• Press the AUDIO button (40) on the remote control, until the desired language or audio format is displayed.

You can set the default audio format in the setup menu of the DVD player. For more information see
"Setup menu" further on in this manual.
Some DVDs only allow you to set the audio language through the DVD menu.
Selection of subtitles during playback (DVD mode only)
If the DVD features subtitles, you can display them as follows:
• Press the SUB-T button (42) on the remote control until the desired language is displayed.

You can set the default subtitle language in the setup menu of the DVD player. For more information
see "Setup menu" further on in this manual.
Some DVDs only allow you to set the subtitle language through the DVD menu.
Selection of camera perspective (DVD mode only)
If the DVD features different camera perspectives, you can display them as follows:
• Press the ANGLE button (41) on the remote control until the desired camera perspective is displayed.
Jump to first title (DVD mode only)
• Press the TITLE button (29) on the remote control.
• The first DVD title will be played.

Depending on the DVD, the main menu may be displayed.
