Weekly maintenance
• Check for leaks.
• Remove the cover.
• Skim off and remove accumulated grease.
• Completely empty the grease separator.
• Thoroughly clean the inside walls of the SANIGREASE T with hot water.
• Keep the designation and registration details of the hydraulic connections completely legible.

6.2 SANIGREASE T 40/60/80/100

Weekly cleaning
• Remove the cover.
• Skim the grease sitting on the surface.
• Clean the "peelings" bin.
• Replace the cover.
IMPORTANT : CARRY OUT DAILY UPKEEP IF THE LOAD PROCESSED BY THE APPLIANCE IS SIGNIFI-
CANT.
Monthly maintenance
• Remove the cover.
• Connect the drain valve to a pipe.
• Skim the grease sitting on the surface.
• Drain the SANIGREASE T contents into the ground siphon, with the help of the drain sluice.
• Close the drain valve.
• Thoroughly clean the walls of the SANIGREASE T with hot water.
• Refill the SANIGREASE T with water until fill.
• Replace the cover.
• Remove the pipe from the drain valve.

7. GUARANTEE

SANIGREASE T is guaranteed for 2 years for parts and labour, subject to correct installation and use of the
unit.
