6.5 Removing the elbow joint
Removing the elbow joint for the 12K41 product
Complete the following additional steps to remove the elbow joint:
1) Extend the arm.

Removing the elbow joint for the 12K42, 12K44, 12K50 products
Complete the following steps to remove the elbow joint:
1) Flex the arm.
2) Set the compensation to the minimum level using the dial.
3) Extend the arm again.
4) Lock the elbow joint in this position to fix the removal and installation position.

7) Connect the desired programming plug to the elec­
tronics housing if necessary.
2) Loosen both joint caps.
3) Loosen the mounting screws from the elbow joint.
4) Carefully pull the elbow joint off the forearm.
5) Loosen both joint caps.
6) Pry out the cable plugs.
