6. Functional Description

Using the DECT repeater will increase the recep-
tion range of one or several wireless DECT hand-
sets.
This way, you can use the wireless DECT function
even on a larger property or in a larger building.
You may also use several DECT repeaters to
increase the reception range for DECT phones.
However, observe that each DECT repeater must
be within the reception range of the basis station.
If the DECT repeaters are placed correctly, you can
switch between radio cells without interrupting the
call. The handset automatically performs this
change and you will not notice anything.
Important!
Cascading of several DECT repeaters
to increase range is not possible.
