Instructions :
• Wash and peel the apples well, then cut them into small cubes and place them in the
bottle without exceeding the « COLD MAX» limit.
• Add milk up to 200ml, cottage cheese and honey.
• Then start the «SMOOTHIE» programme and mix for 30 to 50 seconds...and it's ready.
• At the end of the cycle pour into a cup and enjoy.
(Apples can be replaced by bananas, pears...).
STRAWBERRY MILKSHAKE
(Limit to be respected COLD MAX)
• 200 g strawberries
• 1 tablespoon of orange juice
• 250 ml of milk
• 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
• 5 small ice cubes of maximum 2cm (or some crushed ice)
Instructions :
• Place the small ice cubes or crushed ice in the bottle, add the diced strawberries,
orange juice, milk and sugar and start the «SMOOTHIE» programme.
• Pour the preparation into glasses and decorate with chopped pistachios.
TOMATO GASPACHO WITH LEMONGRASS
(Limit to be respected COLD MAX)
• 3 ripe tomatoes
• 1 small celery stalk
• 1⁄4 of cucumber
• 1 lemongrass stalk
• 1 tablespoon of wine vinegar
• 1 small fresh onion
• 1⁄4 of green pepper
• A few basil leaves
• 4 tablespoons of olive oil
• Salt, Pepper
Instructions :
• Wash, cut and seed the pepper into small cubes and place it in a bowl by adding the
chopped fresh onion and chopped basil.
• Add 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
• Season with salt and pepper and mix the mixture in the fridge.
• Peel the tomatoes and remove the seeds.
• Remove the first leaf and the hard end of the lemongrass and cut off the top of the
stem in half and slice it.
• Wash and slice the celery.
• Peel and dice the cucumber.
• Place the celery, cucumber, tomatoes, lemongrass, vinegar and the rest of the olive
oil. Season with salt and pepper. Start the «SMOOTHIE» programme.
• Then pour the resulting gazpacho into a bowl in the fridge for 1 to 2 hours.
Tip : Just before serving, pour the gazpacho into bowls and then place a tablespoon of
pepper and onion filling on top. Serve immediately.
