First place your solid ingredients after having them wash, peel and dice in the bottle. (the
hardest ingredients will be placed in first)
Then ALWAYS add a liquid (water, juice) to all your preparations (hot or cold) up to the
limit indicated « HOT MAX » or « COLD MAX » according to your recipes. Never use milk
in HOT or heating mode.

To prepare a good vegetable milk, soak your oilseeds (which will always have to be
pruned) or seeds in cold water overnight to start the germination process and make
them more digestible. Once soaked in water, drain by throwing away the soaking water
and place in the bottle within the limits. Add mineral water preferably or spring water.
The recipes for vegetable milks are infinite. You can substitute almonds with: hazelnuts,
cashew nuts, walnuts, oats, whole hemp seeds, soya, pistachios...see making mixes :
Hazelnuts + Almonds + Cashew nuts... Respecting the same proportions and adding or
not date and honey.
You can also add a vanilla bean, cinnamon...or simply fruit such as banana to make a
delicious and energising drink ideal for breakfast or to boost a long afternoon !
Homemade vegetable milk can be kept for 2 to 3 days in a closed glass bottle in a cool
place. Shake the bottle well before use or add a little fresh water if it is too thick.
GREEDY AND SMOOTH ALMOND MILK
(Limit to be respected HOT MAX)
• 40 gr of peeled almonds
• 300 ml spring water
• 1 Medjoul date preferably
• 1 teaspoon of honey
Instructions :
• Place your ingredients and select the programme « VEGETAL MILK ».
• Once the cycle is complete, pour the contents of the bottle into a bowl and enjoyed
hot or cold. A comforting and tasty delight. For a milk lighter, put 30 grams of almonds.
• You can, if you wish, filter your preparation in a cheesecloth in order to retain the resi-
dues called OKARA (or residual oilseed pulp). Rich in fibre and protein, OKARA can be
incorporated into cookies, cake dough...you can also form a paste by adding onion,
coriander, olive oil, salt, pepper and fry in a pan as a vegetable dumpling (go to detoxi-
