Product specific safety notes
Work positioning belts must not be used in a fall arrester system!
A restraint system is not designed to absorb falls from a height!
A seat harness according to EN813 is unsuitable for absorbing falls in fall arrest systems according to En363. A seat harness
according to EN813 is only suitable for absorbing falls, if it is integrated in a full body harness according to EN361.

Replacement and addition of original accessories and spare parts
Addition, replacement of sliding bridge, sliding ring, adapter
for seat, shoulder belt:
Only original euroline® accessories and spare parts may
be attached.
The attachment position (11) is for the shoulder belt adapter.
The attachment position (12) is for the seat adapter.
The attachment positions (11) and (12) are for the anchor
loop (short securing).
The work sit harness Tree Austria 3.2 has a modular
structure, which allows for the replacement or addition of
single components.
The leg loops, the sliding belt (4) and the hip belt are
connected with two shackles in special steel (6). They are
secured with a three point system against unintentional
opening or loosening of the Allen screw (10). First by
controlled tightening of the Allen screw (10) with a torque
wrench (10 Nm), secondly by agglutinating the screw (10)
in the thread of the shackle (6) and thirdly with a lock fluid
in order to recognize any manipulation easier.
To integrate the seat adapter, the shoulder belt adapter and
the anchor loop for short securing into the belt or to replace
the sliding belt (and also to thread an additional ring onto the sliding belt), it is necessary to open both shackles.
This needs competent and careful adherence to the following steps:
1) Open the shackle (6) in special steel with an Allen wrench (6 mm)
2) Remove glue residue of the screw lock glue and coating residue of the screw lock fluid.
3) Replace the desired accessory or spare part. We recommend getting a precise overview of the factory installation position of the individual
components before opening the shackle locking (10). Take care of the correct installation and attachment positions of exchanged or added
components, the thigh loops and the hip belt!
4) Cover the thread of the Allen wrench (10) with screw lock glue (e.g. Loctite 2701) and tighten with a torsional moment of 10Nm (Newton metre)
in the shackle (6). The screw lock fluid is only provided as from the factory, however it increases the protection against manipulation by third people.
Take maximum care to the adherence of these points - since a work seat harness is a personal protective equipment of category 3 (high risks,
fatal risks, irreversible damage to health).
If the stainless steel shackle (6) is damaged by unscrewing the Allen wrench (10) (e.g.: at the thread of the shackle (6) and the screw (10) or
at the Allen wrench head), the stainless steel shackle (6) with included Allen wrench (10) must be replaced by an original spare part of the
company A. Haberkorn & Co GmbH.
If you are not able to carry out the above necessary steps or if this is not 100%
possible, the adaptation of your work seat harness Tree Austria 3.2 can also be
carried out by a specialist shop at your expense.
A. Haberkorn & Co GmbH is not liable for any direct, indirect or accidental
consequences or for any kind of damage resulting from incorrect use of adaptation.
Addition exchanging thigh loop pads:
The thigh loops in Tree Austria 3.2 are equipped with exchangeable pads (13)
for perfect sitting comfort. The user can adjust the sitting comfort individually to
his needs by means of these thigh loop pads (13). Inserting additional thigh loop
pads can influence the transverse stability of the thigh loops.
The thigh loop pads (13) can easily be pulled out of the sewn-on pockets. The
pads (13) can be removed or complemented with additional pads.
insertion buckles. It is essential for the user's safety that a work seat harness is properly
adjusted in size. A work seat harness should fit tightly to the body, however without
limiting free movement of the body or exerting compression on it.
Before using it for the first time, wearing comfort and adjustability should be checked
in a protected area and a safe place. Thereby it must be ensured that a full body
harness, a work positioning belt or a seat harness is the right size, providing sufficient
adjustment possibilities and an adequate level of comfort for the intended use.
Insertion buckles:
The insertion buckle can be opened by pressing the push piece. The adjustable length
is reduced by pulling on the lose end of the strap. The adjustable length is increased
by lifting the buckle, turning it inwards while pulling at the same time.
We recommend the following procedure for simple and easy handling of the adjustment
possibilities:
1. Open the insertion buckles
2. Adjust to the desired size
3. Close the insertion buckle again and check the fit
4. Readjust if needed
