Buttons for amplifier and disc operations

Selects the previous/next track or chapter.
Continue pressing to fast forward or fast reverse.
PROGRESSIVE (NTSC only)
Switches DVD playback between progressive and
interlace outputs. (See page 80.)
STANDBY/ON
Switches the unit between ON and STANDBY.
No audio will be heard for a few seconds after power is
switched on.
STANDBY mode uses a little energy to receive an
infrared signal from the Remote Control.

INPUT
Selects an input source. Press this
button until you find the source you
want to watch or listen to.
Selects an audio input signal. You
can set the priority level for the audio
input signals when the equipment is
connected to both OPTICAL IN jack
and AUDIO IN jack.

VOLUME
Adjusts the overall sound volume.
Turn right to increase the volume
and left to decrease the volume.
DSP
Selects a DSP Program.
Press this button until you
find the DSP Program you
want. To select another
DSP Program group, hold
down this button.
