4. If it is just the gasket that goes against the front of the burn
chamber that needs to be replaced (Fig. 27 A), the gasket
groove can be cleaned and a new gasket can be glued into
place.
5. If replacing a glass gasket or glass, unscrew the closing
mechanism that is attached with screws and washers (Fig. 27 B).
6. Remove the glass holders (Fig. 27 C) that are attached with
4 screws (Fig. 27 D).
7. Lift out the glass.

8. Thoroughly clean the gasket groove and glue new gaskets
into place: The glass gasket (Fig. 28 A), door gasket (Fig. 28
B) and the gasket under the glass (Fig. 28 C). Make sure the
door gaskets fit right into the corners (Fig. 28 D).

9. Place the glass holders on a soft material with the side, as
illustrated (Fig. 29 A), turned up.
10. Apply a bead of glue into the gasket groove (Fig. 29 B) which
is now facing up.
11. Fit the gasket (Fig. 29 C) into the groove with the ends sticking
out as illustrated (11 cm on one side).

12. Turn the glass holders and apply a bead of glue into the gasket
grooves. Note the overlap (Fig. 30 A).
13. When refitting, follow the same procedure in reverse order.
Remember to place a washer under the hinge.
