This unit is intended for weighing people.
To ensure that your analogue personal scales PSD

Reliable measurements can only be achieved under certain pre-
requisites:
•
Always weigh yourself under the same conditions.
•
Always weigh yourself at the same time of day.
•
Stand up straight and stand still.
•
Weigh yourself preferably in the morning, after showering or bathing,
and with dry feet.
It is possible to obtain a reliable indication of body weight development
from the results if measurements are carried out consistently.
1. Place the scale on a stable, firm surface. All four feet must be touching
the floor. Uneven and soft flooring affects measuring accuracy.
2. Always weigh yourself on the same scale, at the same place and at the
same time. Weigh yourself without clothing, before meals, preferably in
the morning before breakfast.
3. Stand with both feet on the scale.
The tongue will point to your weight in kg.
NOTE
If the scales have been transported or moved, you can calibrate
them by tapping the surface lightly with your foot.
Is the tongue not pointing to 0.0 kg, adjust it by turning the
dial to left or right, until it points to 0.0 kg.
