Pull the end of the cuff
outwards so that the cuff is
snug around your arm and
then secure the end to the
hook-and-loop fastener.

Place your arm on a table or the
like, so that the center of the cuff
comes to the height of your heart.

Relax your arm and lightly open
your hand, with the palm upward.
MEASURING YOUR BLOOD PRESSURE
* Carefully place the cuff on your
arm, taking care to use the
correct tightness. The tightness
is correct if you can readily slide
a finger between the cuff and
your arm.
